This is another story written as an entry for the writingforums.org weekly short story comp. Theme was 'Catch 22' so I couldn't help writing about the lighter side of recruitment.
Take it from someone with plenty of experience on both sides of the table in the interview room. There's a lot more non-fiction in this story than you'd think!
